12 WEEK COACHING EXPERIENCE
Come and spend 12 weeks we with and I’ll help your health and fitness ambitions become a reality. Includes a minimum of 1 hour coaching a week.
6 WEEK INTENSIVE COACHING EXPERIENCE
Need to step things up? If you in a hurry to make things happen, this coaching experience aims to accelerate your progress. Includes a minimum of 3 hours coaching per week.
HALF DAY OR 1 DAY PERFORMANCE EXPERIENCE
These experiences offer a one-stop solution that combines profiling, planning and coaching on the same day. Fol-lowing an initial telephone discussion, we’ll put together your personalised half day or one day experience to super-charge your progress.
Sample 1 Day itinerary:
9.00am: Detailed performance profile
10.00am: Health, fitness or sports specific assessment
11.30am: Interpretation of results
12.00pm: Lunch and nutrition consultation
1.00pm: Technique evaluation and programme design
2.00pm: Strength and conditioning session
3.00pm: Session debrief and review
4.00pm: Injury and illness prevention
5.00pm: Review, Q & A, departure
