x5 simple rules to work by

These are the hallmarks of the great champions I’ve coached over the years but they all managed to embrace these Champion rules in their own way.
#1 DEFINE YOURSELF
When times are tough, you’ll always can back to this….”what does the best version of yourself look like?” Be clear about your values and let them drive your behaviour. Champions define their own success, add real value to the things important to them and create their own story. Do what you do because it’s the right thing to do!
#2 BELIEVE IN YOURSELF
If you don’t, who will? The biggest challenge can be the one against yourself. 100% know you are capable of making a difference. Every mission starts with the belief it’s not Mission Impossible….and if it is, you’re Ethan Hunt! Trust yourself to deliver, accept your failures, learn and persevere.
#3 EMPOWER YOURSELF
Knowledge is power! Fuel your ambitions with the information you need to take control and make things happen. Learn, evolve and prepare for change. Question what works for you and discover the best way of moving forward. Get informed, get direction and get started. You can do this!
#4 ENERGISE YOURSELF
Start up your train of awesome and don’t let anyone slow you down! Thrive on good energy to make good things happen. Combine your mindset, exercise, nutrition and recovery strategies to be fit, physically, mentally and emo-tionally. Every day is game day. Work your body smart, so it can work hard for you.
#5 CHALLENGE YOURSELF
The key to progress is raising your standards. Know that there is always another level to reward you but only if you’re prepared to step up and pull yourself towards it. Strive to be the best you can be at what you do. Thrive on the ‘up’ times and be resilient through the ‘down’ ties. Just keep going. If it doesn’t challenge you it doesn’t change you.
